HOW DOES PHOENIX HOUSING GROUP FIND CONTRACTS?

By being a valued member of our local community, we are able to meet with all different types of property owners. They trust Phoenix Housing Group and welcome our team onto their properties. We are able to walk, talk, and meet with hundreds of property owners here in our community. Through thorough inspection and review of each and every property before we place them under contract, we protect our investors by providing them with only the best and transparent view of the properties we place under contract all while providing the property owners a realistic expectation for their contracts.

WHAT DOES A CONTRACT WITH PHOENIX HOUSING GROUP LOOK LIKE?

The are a variety of different contracts available for every situation, as no two properties are the same.

So here are two of our most valued features that are included in every contract:

90 Day Contracts
- Phoenix Housing Group is here to help every property owner accomplish their goals in a timely fashion! This gives the property owner time to plan next steps for after their contract closes and it gives our network of investors time to meet, review, and close on contracts.
No Close, No Cost
- We have built a strong, proud, and good reputation here in our community. Phoenix Housing Group believes in doing right by every individual and every property owner. If we can not connect an investor to your contract within the 90 day window, then our service fee is waived!

Phoenix Housing Group is a local member of this community. We pride ourselves on taking the time to meet and work with property owners long before ever talking with investors. We want to know about you, your family, your situation, and how we can best meet your needs. Phoenix may not be the right solution for every property owner, but we take the time to figure that out together. We evaluate every individual and their situation to ensure we put them in a better place than when we arrived. We are always happy to help, and even if we are not the right solution today, you will still see us sporting a friendly face and a warm welcome here in our community.
